Dr. Linda R. Curbow, Director of Audiology

Dr. Linda R. Curbow, Director of Audiology, has been with the clinic for 24 years. After graduating with a Master’s Degree from Ithaca College in New York, she moved to Southwest Missouri where she enjoys her role in leading the team of qualified personnel. In March 2004, Dr. Curbow graduated from the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences with a Doctor of Audiology Degree. Her professional experience and knowledge set the bar for excellence in the clinic. She has the distinguished honor of serving on the Missouri State Board of Hearing Instrument Specialists as the Vice-Chairperson.




Dr. Teresa Pierpont

Dr. Teresa Pierpont is an audiologist with 14 years of experience. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Audiology from Central Missouri State University. In August 2004, Dr. Pierpont earned her Doctor of Audiology Degree from the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences. Dr. Pierpont's clinical expertise and caring nature is evidenced in her commitment to provide the patients of Southwest Missouri with stellar hearing healthcare services!




Stacy Blackington

Stacy Blackington is a Springfield native. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Audiology from Missouri State University. She has been with the clinic for 5 years and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Audiology Degree. Stacy possesses exceptional clinical skills combined with a sparkling personality!





Dr. Kara Novinger

Dr. Kara Novinger joined the Audiology team three years ago, bringing over 8 years experience from a variety of audiology settings. She received her Master’s Degree from Missouri State University and completed her Doctor of Audiology Degree in February 2006. Kara enjoys providing quality, evidence-based care and is dedicated to meeting the individuals needs of each patient.




Dr. Crystal Jones

Dr. Crystal Jones is the newest addition to the clinic, joining us in 2006. She graduated in May 2006 with her Doctor of Audiology Degree from Missouri State University. With her she brings the broadest educational background and experience to date. Dr. Jones enjoys evaluating the varied population that is seen in the clinic, although she has a special affinity for the infant and child population!
